Review on Lavievert Jigsaw Plateau with Convenient Sliding Drawers by Alex Taylor

Love the idea of this board and if it could be done better it would be perfect. Let's start with the packaging. It was packaged in a thin box, wrapped inside only with a piece of plastic and pieces of styrofoam at the corners. I think that's why one of the corners was messed up and fell apart as shown in the picture. He also had a drawer that lacked a magnet to keep it closed, and it didn't close fully either. I found a magnet and it seems to be glued to the magnet on the board. I can't separate them so I can't fix it. Photos of it are also included. The last straw was a side: the middle part of the tree where the boxes meet was badly damaged and uneven, resulting in the boxes not fitting properly and often sliding around. My husband told me maybe we could fix it but I didn't pay all that money to get a product that I need to fix. I don't mean to be rude, I just don't have time to fix something that shouldn't have broken in the first place. Also, it costs extra money to buy things to fix it. So I'm going to send it back and hopefully get it before Christmas as it was supposed to be around Christmas. I don't want the seller to lose business, but such downsides are not what customers want.
