I started assembling the puzzle by just mating the edges and the scattered pieces inside with a black felt mat. I sorted the things in the drawers. I then used the blow up tube and rolled up the puzzle while holding it vertically. I also kept the board upright. When I returned to continue my puzzle all the pieces were intact on the black mat (when I unwrapped it) and in the drawers. This poorly designed product has spring clips on the work surface. Their placement prevents the use of a rail built into the longitudinal edge of the table and at the same time effectively reduces the usable area. Also, the "lower" side of the table has no floor. This means that the table drawers cannot be used (pulled in and out) unless the product is placed on the floor or some other perfectly flat surface. If I had such a flat worktop I wouldn't need to buy this table.

I looked at the boards for about 2 weeks before finally deciding on this one. Good thing I like being able to use the mat or not. The drawers slide in and out without binding. I had no problem with the packaging box being too flimsy as Revain also put it in one of their boxes. However, as you can see in the picture, one corner is damaged. I received the puzzle board yesterday and this morning one of the corners popped out. The corners are secured with "nail tacks" and the nail has popped out, perhaps due to deformation? The stylus was very close to the edge and I suspect it just wasn't holding tight due to that placement. I'm not sure. I already have the puzzle so didn't want to pack everything to return. Hopefully I fixed the corner with wood glue and will clamp until dry. For $100 I would have expected something more durable…

Love the idea of this board and if it could be done better it would be perfect. Let's start with the packaging. It was packaged in a thin box, wrapped inside only with a piece of plastic and pieces of styrofoam at the corners. I think that's why one of the corners was messed up and fell apart as shown in the picture. He also had a drawer that lacked a magnet to keep it closed, and it didn't close fully either.
