The support staff is fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. I've had no issues with their service. I had a problem with one of their servers, and WestHost was able to have someone on the phone with me immediately. Their customer service is top notch. They are always willing to assist and resolve any issues. I would highly recommend this company. I've been hosting with them for years now and have yet to have any issues. I've been with other companies in the past and always had issues with their customer service. WestHost has been great. I like how easy it was to set up my site with them, they are very helpful in answering any questions you may have about their product and services. The price is fair for what you get but not so cheap as to be unusable or sub-par. If you're looking for something simple yet cost effective than this is perfect! With the help of westhost we were able to launch our business and keep things running smoothly while also saving money on server costs.
