CoreQ is very helpful when it comes to the technical aspects of our business. They are always available to answer any questions that we have. The support team is very knowledgeable about all things AWS and can help us figure out what we need to do next. Sometimes they can be slow at responding to support tickets. I like how easy the product is to use. It's very straightforward and intuitive. You don't need to understand much before using it. It's great for those who don't know too much about cloud computing. We've used CoreQ quite a bit. Whenever we need assistance with anything that has to do with AWS, they are always there to help us.
