Works great on my 2009 Pontiac G8 GXP 6 speed. I was a little worried it wouldn't be compatible as it isn't listed, but the generic GM sold by Muzzys wasn't Prime so I went with this one. I'm glad I took the risk as it saved me some money and got here quickly. I have no idea why I waited 6 years to get this. I don't often get stuck in an overtaking gear, but when I do I get really annoyed because it's difficult to accelerate quickly out of 4th gear. I've been having troubles with my car lately when the gear skip feature is on and I can't just shift into *any* gear. So I decided it was time to try the Skip Gear rectifier. Installation was pretty easy - the hardest part was finding where to plug it in. The pictures online didn't help much as my car didn't have the bright orange sticker. said most. But I found it after a few minutes of searching and plugging it in between the original connector and the gearbox was very easy. I've had it in my car for a few days now and can attest that it works great. The misshift warning is still displayed on the dash, but I'm no longer forced into 4th gear when it happens. Now I can choose the gears at will and I'm happy!
