Review on Zignature Dry Dog Food 13 5 Pound by Amy Anderson

We purchased a 13 lb pack of this product through Revain's Pet Food Station on 21st November 2018. Our little dog has been eating this product for two years now, but had a violent reaction to this particular new bag of food the morning after dinner. He was covered with wheals and scratching violently. No other part of his routine has changed. Eating late only made the problem worse. In direct contact with the company and two customer service representatives we were told that we should not have bought any food through Revain and specifically Pet Food Station as they are not authorized sellers so Zignature cannot guarantee the quality of the product. The! Brand new unopened or damaged packaging! We got almost a full refund from Revain, but that's not all. Zignature's customer service rep then told us to keep some of the product and send us a shipping label so we could send them this sample for testing. It was late November and the return label didn't arrive. Too bad for the company that they are not concerned that there could be a contamination issue with this batch of their dry food product! Very disappointed with the lack of customer care and service and will never buy this product again!
