Review on VIAIR 400H Hardmount Compressor: Ultimate Power for Heavy-duty Applications by Sean Perry

Good air compressor. I installed it under the hood of my 2004 Jeep Wrangler and it's just what I needed. Robust, strong and high quality. Inflates tires better than any of those cheap junk compressors you can find online that you plug into your cigarette lighter. I can say that the manufacturer should make an adjustment for the fuse that he installs on the wiring. The fuse should be next to the battery, but instead the fuse is literally a few feet from the battery. It makes no sense. The fuse needs to be much closer to the battery to work properly. I moved it, which isn't difficult, but first of all, it shouldn't be designed that way. Not a big deal and it wouldn't make me any less happy with the device in any way. I just think they should consider moving the fuse as it's a lot safer at the end than in the middle.
