This leader is three years old and still in good condition. I keep my programming key and socket on it; You can attach more than one tool to the leash which was very convenient for me. The clamps and line always held up and I never had a tool, which is great as I often work at height. The only downside is that the fluorescent fabric on the leash is quite easy to fuzz and wear but hasn't ripped yet so I'd say it's still pretty durable. I'm short so the length suits me, but it might not be as comfortable for taller people because they have to constantly pull on the leash. It's pretty easy to extend with attachments though, and with some improvisation it'll probably fit higher builds.
