I'm always worried about mold growing on wooden back brushes. And after a while they look disgusting. I ordered this as an alternative and because it will be easy to clean. The small chunks side works best for me. I can add liquid bath cleanser and it feels so good when I put it on my back. It feels like it's purifying me and reaching things I normally can't. The other side with larger balls acts more like a massager and also feels comfortable. I often use both sides. Handles and length suit me. It's easy to use and always hangs in my soul.
