Packaging: The box of the product is nicely packaged and was not damaged when I received the product; However, in the box, the cream jar was surrounded by product and a large chunk of cream was missing. I'm not sure if this is due to mishandling by the carrier or an error during production. About the actual product: The cream is very moisturizing; However, it may be too thick for combination or oily skin. I don't think one use is enough to give an honest review but I haven't had any bad skin reactions so far. Update: Customer Service: O Naturals has demonstrated excellent customer service. I wanted to take the time to update this review with a more detailed response and to commend the team as they contacted me in less than 24 hours after my initial review, apologized for the condition of the product and did their best to resolve the situation to correct.
