I have a 4 month old Husky puppy (Sasha) who just started shedding. I have a furminator but unfortunately she is too young for this and hates being brushed even if brushed lightly so as not to touch her skin. These grooming gloves are the perfect solution! My pup would sit and pet you all day if you had the time! I can sit and dry her and "scratch/pet" her with gloves and she can't get enough! This is a win-win scenario. It takes longer than a demoulding brush like the Furminator, but like I said, it's quality time with my pup! Finally she was allowed to go back to bed! The gloves are also very easy to care for. At first I made the mistake of pulling out all the hair, which doesn't work very well as it's obviously meant to hold the hair. Instead, rub your gloves together as if trying to warm your hands and your hair will quickly curl up and fall into the trash can! Pros: Effortlessly removes hair. Great for puppies. for brushing Disadvantages: Takes a little longer than a brush, but you have two hands again!
