I like how easy it was when creating new items or entering in existing ones into our system! It's very user friendly which makes things easier than other systems we have had before this one!! Sometimes there are minor glitches but they tend not too serious so far as long you pay attention during setup of your account/user profile etc..
There can be some confusion with terms such as "unit" vs unit price (price per item) - sometimes these differ from what others expect them to mean; however once figured out everything seems fine afterwords :) We use Contract ERp at work mainly because its been around longer then any competition i've seen thusfar including Sage 50 / Dynamics 365 & SAP Business One. Our main objective has always just been keeping track of purchases made via purchase orders entered through PO#'s created manually within Salesforce Lightning Platform OR using an external tool called PX-3603PO where users enter their own info directly instead of going thru SFDC.
