I have an Epson WF-3540 which is about 5 years old and we've gone through about 4000 sheets. Lately I'm getting a paper jam error where the paper won't go through. Upon investigation, the take-up spool is not picking up paper, so it looks like a paper jam. I tried blowing it with a dust air purifier and it worked for about 2 days. I was looking for a cleaner and came across these sheets. Decided to give it a try. I left about 5-6 pieces of paper under the cleaning sheet to give it some effect and let it through a couple of times. I've found that pressing the copy button doesn't work as well as my machine only wants to make two-sided copies, so the cleaning sheet gets stuck after the first scan. What I found was selecting the ID card copy option. I used 2 sheets out of 5 and went through each one multiple times (after all it hadn't been cleaned in 5 years - who knew?). The instructions on the sheet say to use once a month. It might be a bit overkill for usage but I think I can do it every time I change a black cartridge.
