Review on Ajilon by Mark Ponnusamy

I like that you can upload your resume online to be viewed by employers from all over Canada. Sometimes it is difficult finding new work so this helps me keep up with what's available but also help out others who may need employment as well! It would definitely improve if there were better communication between recruiters/employer within the system because sometimes they go months without responding or even updating their status which really slows down my search for jobs. This was mainly an issue when searching temp positions during Covid times where we needed access to many different types of job postings quickly and reliably - not always possible due to slow responses etc..
