I can keep up with and help out others who need work as well! - a job for me is a job for you!

I like that you can upload your resume online to be viewed by employers from all over Canada. Sometimes it is difficult finding new work so this helps me keep up with what's available but also help out others who may need employment as well! It would definitely improve if there were better communication between recruiters/employer within the system because sometimes they go months without responding or even updating their status which really slows down my search for jobs.
