I currently measure 37-28-37 (34C/32D) and I ordered a large. At this size it leaves room for a sweater underneath. The cuffs reach to my knuckles, which I prefer in colder weather. It's a sweatshirt in the style of a jacket, not a proper jacket, so it's one layer of fabric, no liner. The advantage to that is it will be easy to tailor if you need to. The disadvantage is, well, it's not a jacket. If you need something warmer than a basic hoodie, order up a size so you can layer, or pass on this and find a jacket.I have to alter nearly everything since all tops that fit my bust look like potato sacks. The picture made me worry this one would require moving the pockets, but the pockets are several inches from the side seam so it only took 2 passes with a Serger on the sides. I also put in back darts. The bottom trim is thick so I didn't have to take that apart before tailoring. Win!If you're like me and you wash your outerwear during flu season, you can't tumble dry this. (I suspect too much heat would pull the fabric and make the zippers buckle?) I suppose that's a good excuse to get two if you try one and like it.I'm not sure why the fake pocket is there. It provides more balance to the contrasting colors when zippered all the way, I guess, but a zipper that goes nowhere is kind of odd. You could certainly add a pocket by hand if you wanted to take the time.
