This product is nowhere near what it says it is. The wine does not cool at all! The hole diameter is too small and the wine bottle cannot be flush with the bottom. I used a second, slightly smaller diameter bottle that sat in the hole; However, the device still did not cool the wine bottle. After over an hour it was just above room temperature so I poured the wine into an aluminum jar but cooled it again only slightly to just above room temperature. I bought this wine bottle cooler but this is not it. After 20 minutes of chilling, the lemonade in the can was slightly cooler than room temperature, and it took over an hour for the lemonade to be almost cold, so I poured the lemonade into an aluminum mug and let it sit overnight, but it didn't get colder. A few days later I tried to reheat the soup with it but after 20 minutes it was below room temperature and after an hour it became lukewarm. After two hours I was warmed up, but far from hot soup...it was just a little higher than warm. I'm assuming this is the highest temperature a liquid product can reach and at what temperature and how long it took I could cook a whole pot of soup and it would be hot! This squad is back!
