Now I'm not the one to just be buying stuff off of the internet , I'm very funny about my money. In the past I've been burned twice with cheap products. I took a chance on this waist trainer "PERFECT" I GOT THE FIRST ONE AND ORDERED A GREY ONE" This waist trainer is amazing. I am 5'3 154 pounds with a BIG STOMACH. It looks like I'm 6 months pregnant. I ordered a small because I want it to be choke me to death tight. with a little struggling to put it on , I'm glad I did because it fits great feels good and when I start losing this gut , I'll have more run to work the 3vnotches that it has on the inside.GREAT QUALITY .NOT CHEAP!
