Dryer works as it should. I don't use a hair dryer very often, but I do sometimes, and so far so good. It takes up little space and I can leave it charged and undock when I need to use it. I like the wireless connection and the convenience. It took a while to learn how to turn it on, especially after turning it off. I find that pressing the power button turns it on and pressing the power button turns it off. It's a lot smaller than my current dryer, making it a lot more travel friendly. I'm so glad I got this. I deducted a star because of the learning curve required to operate the dryer. The documentation doesn't mention how to hold it, it just needs to be docked and undocked to remove parental controls and how to re-enable parental controls.
