A few months ago I bought a Rosemarie watch. I don't know why but I have 2 hours. One arrived completely broken. It looked like someone stepped on the box it was in. I tried to return it to Holsom but they wouldn't take it back. I wore the second sample less than 2 months before it stopped telling the time. This product is not a good product and I still want to return it but I don't know how to get the money back to my account. I'm a good customer and I'm frustrated that I can't fix this issue. Help!
