As I am not a cyclist I have seen many videos on Youtube. but I ended up installing them on my bike. did it for the first time. Installation was easy to moderate. each took about an hour (again my first time). The tricky part was recalibrating the front and rear derailleurs for the new derailleurs. I just didn't get it and ended up googling the answers and watching a few videos. There was a sharp learning curve. You need to understand how brakes work, how derailleurs and derailleurs work. but after 2 days (2 days off) i was able to get it working. WHERE now it works great.
