Im 5'4 175-180 and got the sm-med. Now it was raising up on my sides a little. i wish they had a med-lg then i know fs that would of been better. But overall the shaper does hold you in and will do the job as a cute shirt also( wore mines with a jean half jacket)
- It came with random white marks on it but other than that it’s a nice product
- It can be challenging to put on and take off the shapewear bodysuit
