I was hoping to order a black watch strap but at this point it was delayed another 2 months. This band is quite durable and works well as a replacement for the original band. It's not easy to change. The included little pusher will likely need some extra help. We needed a hammer and pliers, but everything worked out and I still have a usable V800. Also, I had to trim it for a smaller wrist and found it didn't stretch as much as what I had before, so it was more difficult to fit on my bike's handlebars. Therefore, I would advise you to consider all necessary use cases before pruning.
