I live in a small one-room apartment. The kitchen is very small, obviously designed for one person. The top light is older and has three bulbs with a maximum power of 60w each. The owner installed three white 45 bulbs which made it very difficult to see in the kitchen. It's hard to tell if the food has been cooked; Difficulty washing dishes while standing in your own shadow. So I replaced them with three new 100W LED bulbs. The difference is amazing. These three bulbs, which will save me money in the long run, illuminate the entire kitchen wall. My boyfriend teases me that I can now tan in this kitchen. All three lightbulbs use about the same amount of energy as one of the previous lightbulbs. The brightness is outstanding. The only problem is that now I can see where I need to clean. :(Can't speak to durability as I just got them. But even if they last half the time they say it was worth the money. Name saves money and works the same.
