Excellent value for money. No instructions are included - you'll have to look it up online, but for half the price (or less) of identical sets on Amazon or Etsy, this set is great. Lots of compliments at the party. Note. Few (2-3) balloons had not exploded but don't complain as there are a lot of them. You can place balloons anywhere on the strip and still have enough. Use clear fishing line to hang or strong adhesive tape to fix (not included). Use an electric pump or give yourself a few days to blow it up, even with a pump it takes over an hour. We pouted the night before and they were still good the day after the party. There is some light dust on the balloons which is probably needed for the latex - you will need to wash your hands frequently when assembling as it will dry on your skin OR wear gloves when assembling.
