I like how easy it was for us (a small IT department)to get our ticket system up & running in Zendesk so we could actually have some real customer support! We were able do this without hiring an outside consultant because of their experience with migrating platforms as well - they knew exactly what needed done before getting started which saved time/money along w all parties involved!! There's nothing really i dislike about zendsetek but maybe if there are any changes coming down future roadmaps? Just make sure your account rep knows everything going into migration including features available at each stage prior too launch date- otherwise things might not go smoothly when new feature roll out comes later than expected.
