I like the overall construction of this bag but the zipper that comes loose shows seriously poor quality. We bought this for our 12 year old daughter who loved the design and especially the matching lunch bag and pencil case. As she loves the pencil case and lunch bag we decided not to return them. But if I had my way, I'd be sending this junk back in no time. Children knock snot out of their backpacks. if that company cannot produce quality that will last more than 2 weeks. what's next We specifically chose this product because it had so many positive reviews. So disappointed. This is the first time the verification process has failed for me. I would not recommend this bag for heavy books or medium wear. This is a designer bag designed for easy use.
