Works fine for me, but watch out for the size
They are designed to fit shoe sizes 9.5-11. I'm size 8 and it's very easy for me to put the shoes on. I think it will also be good for guys with shoes up to size 10. Also, they're probably too tight.

- Easy to put on and protects my dress shoes from the rain. I'm a size 9.5, I ordered a large.
Cons
- Can easily pick up dirt and grime due to the rubber material
