I like that it is an all-in-one solution for a wide variety of use cases, from development through deployment and life cycle management. The ability to integrate with other products and services was a key differentiator. Pricing can be somewhat prohibitive at times. For example, we had a need to run a single instance of our application in multiple regions. We needed a way to make sure that each region always ran the same version of the software. There were issues with being able to do this using standard tools such as VMs or load balancers.
