I've been using this eyeliner for about 8 years or more. I have tried so many other brands before and after and nothing compares. My eyelids tend to be oily and I'm not the kind of girl who likes to put on and touch up makeup all day. It takes time! It doesn't bleed or smudge. Give it a try and never waste your money on more expensive brands. It's eyeliner, not a shirt. Nobody will know if this is a pharmacy or Christian Dior. Save money on clothes, shoes and accessories.
