I bought this for one of my trips abroad which lasted 13 hours on the plane. My old neck pillow is old and doesn't offer enough support, so I decided to try this plastic pillow. It was very easy to inflate, it took me 2 minutes to set it up and ready to use. It supports my neck quite well. If you are a tall guy, you need to put a pillow over the neck pillow on top. Pros: easy to inflate and deflate, folds up nicely into a small bag Cons: smells like plastic, tends to get hot around your face after holding your face on it for a few minutes as it's plastic. It's mostly air so if you have a bigger head or heavier side it won't support either, I tried it on my roommate. Also, be prepared to inflate and deflate it on the plane for a long time because there is no place to store it when they serve you food and drink. I've hit my neighbors with it a few times, so warn them ahead of time.
