The best thing about this platform was that it helped me to get my funds easily when I needed them most. They are also very transparent in their business practices which makes everything easy. However they have terrible customer support as well. If you want help quickly then go elsewhere else wait too long because your problem will be solved after waiting for days or even weeks. Their customer service team doesn't respond to emails at all so if there's anything urgent try another firm instead. There were times where I couldn't find any info regarding what my interest rate would be. Even though i asked multiple times but never got responses from them. So just don't think twice before signing up with coinraabit, its pretty good.
