Having worked with many providers over the years, this team is by far the best! The quality and attention to detail is unmatched. They are constantly pushing boundaries in ways that make sense for our needs. I have no complaints about their work. If anything, they seem to be very driven to better themselves, which is something we value here at NCCU. If you need a partner who is willing to push you out of your comfort zone, this team will do it! They are constantly looking into new technologies and ways to improve how things work at NCCU. It would be great if they had more experience with some of the older technologies like Windows Server 2003 but that's not going to stop them from implementing what we need. We've saved hundreds of thousands of dollars since being with EBC.
