Review on Hombazaar Grey Oak Rustic Industrial Style 3-Tier Bookshelf - Free Standing Storage Shelves for Living Room, Bedroom, and Kitchen - Furniture by Deanna Rice

Looks good, despite the cheapness of the design, staggers; well suited for entry-level home for a limited time

It goes without saying that cheap furniture is expected to be made of cheap materials. If I buy cheap furniture beforehand, I see that it is a question of a high degree of cheap construction. For example, wood fiber paper taped over with a surprisingly dense MDF board looks surprisingly good. The shelves are well carved and are delivered in good condition. The frame, while again hollow and cheap, looks good and feels solid. It's convenient for me to load the shelves with books, plants, and other decor. A guest looking at this bookcase in the living room will not be put off. However, the included screws are cheap and break easily. The crossbar on the back wall didn't fit smoothly onto the frame and the entire bookcase was wobbly after assembly. We fixed this by putting a sturdy piece of cardboard under the leg. It's hidden and no one will ever tell the difference. For our immediate needs it was perfect. We are saving to buy a house in two years and want our current apartment to feel like home without resorting to the more expensive pieces of furniture that we would put in the house forever.
