At 6'0 and all major brands (Nike, Adidas etc) come in Large, but here I had to go to Medium to get the same 'fit'. I work outdoors a lot and they are very breathable and comfortable when you work up a sweat. The shirt is also longer than regular brands, so don't worry about your tummy showing when you reach for something if you leave it open. The only downside is that it is so breathable that it is a bit thin and shows some details on the body if you are not wearing a tank top. Depending on your body type, you may see chest hair or nipple outlines.
