I don't actually need an OBDII scanner as I just take it to the shop when I need it but it had an ABS bleed feature which I did after my used Grand Cherokee 01'. In fact I refuse to give my cars to a dealer or mechanic, I was pleased to find it worked and for the price you couldn't beat it. I bled my base, then energized the solenoids twice, and when I bled again I got air. As I saw in some videos the pump didn't start during the main phase but I assume that's how the Chrysler program works. This allows me to start the pump or activate each solenoid individually. The lucky guy is here. I also tried it on my 00' Ranger and it checked the SRS fine, but it doesn't seem to be anything specific to ABS, other than codes, but it's a base model with rear ABS only, so that's probably the reason. It also worked great for checking codes and live data on a 05ft GTO.
