Just the right filter for my loud but good Dirt Devil! I wish these filters were washable. I made the mistake of soaking it in water and after that it was shirred. You can still use them without any problems if you let them dry completely in the sun. I made the second mistake by soaking them overnight and they got totally moldy. When I went to vacuum afterwards, I smelled a horrible odor all over the room (try not to do this, you won't get any positive points from your wife!).
