What a great coat! We live in Oregon and it's hard to find a raincoat warm enough to wear all winter. This coat fits! It's warm enough to wear over regular clothing most days, but roomy enough to add extra layers when needed on colder days. My son is just starting to wear a size 3T so I ordered a size 3T. Although it runs a bit larger, the cuffs on the sleeves keep them up and out of the way of baby's arms. The hood is snug enough not to fly away in the wind but comfortable enough for my almost 3 year old to keep in place. And it's waterproof! The material is high quality and seems to last until my son outgrows it. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
