Changed the chain, it got a lot better.
Very nice bag and great offer. I didn't like the look of the chain so I replaced it with a silver plated one from my jewelry stash. I can take it off if I ever need a jewelry chain for a charm bracelet or something. In my opinion it gave the bag a more upscale look by removing the steely look that came with it. The chain on the right is the one that was included.
