BoneView New Orange is a great device if it works on an Apple device. It worked perfectly on two Apple 6 phones and three Apple iPads (iPad, iPad Air and iPad Air2). Great app BoneView and you can view photos, videos, documents etc on your Apple device without downloading them on the device. I bought an iPad Air 3 that was just released in late March 2019 and BoneView couldn't be recognized unless there was side pressure on the Lightning connector. This also applies to a cable I use to charge other Apple products that use a Lightning connector, which doesn't work with this new iPad Air 3. The Apple cable and three other third-party cables worked perfectly. The Apple Store said the iPad was fine because the Apple cable worked fine with the iPad Air 3. They said it's common with third-party cables and devices. I returned my iPad Air 3 and bought an iPad Pro 11 with USB-C. If BoneView worked on the new iPad Air 3 I would give it 5 stars but as there is something wrong with the connector compared to Apple's connector I'm giving it 4 stars. I'm waiting for BoneView that works with a USB-C port. I also think there is something wrong with the iPad Air 3's lighting connector. A friend of mine has an old iPad with a worn Lightning connector and BoneView will not work unless there is side pressure on the connector. She also has to use an Apple cable as all the 3rd party cables she had and used stopped charging her iPad due to a faulty connector in the iPad. The Apple OEM connector should be slightly different from the 3rd party connectors. On the other hand, I bought RAVPower FileHub Plus, Travel Wireless Router, Portable SD Card, Hard Drive Backup Device, DLNA NAS Sharing Media Streamer 6700mAh Power Bank for Android, Laptop, Cellphone, Ipad Pro, which does the same as BoneView. but no cables. It's much larger and heavier than the BoneView and needs to be charged regularly. It works with PCs, Apple computers, Android products, iPads, iPhones, hard drives, hubs, etc. It is an alternative for now until BoneView for USB-C is available.
