I have 4 of them. They work great. I have one in my kitchen so I can read recipes on my iPad. It is very strong and the glue seems very strong. This is the same outdoor double sided tape sold by 3m. There are two additional of the two types of magnets and adhesive tape, so you can move them easily without leaving any residue. Haven't used it in the summer heat yet, but the tape has held up very well on the windshield all Colorado winter and I've installed one on the plastic interior on the passenger side. In my kitchen, glue was stuck to a steaming kitchen counter between the stove and the sink. The magnets are so strong that I carry my phone in a MAGPUL case. I think it's plastic. Magnets still work great
