Review on 🖨️ HP 62 Black Ink Cartridge: Compatible with ENVY 5540, 5640, 5660, 7640 Series, OfficeJet 5740, 8040 Series, OfficeJet Mobile 200, 250 Series by Javarie Malick

My printer was working fine until I installed this cartridge. It was defective and didn't print a single page correctly. Horizontal stripes were printed across the whole page, if anything was printed at all. After about 10 hours on the phone with customer support over the course of several weeks, I finally got HP to replace it. Considering I paid about double that to get an official HP cartridge, that was totally unacceptable. I don't think I could find an aftermarket or non-branded cartridge of lower quality than this.
