It is easy to use for small businesses or those that have limited resources available in terms of IT support staff/knowledgeable users.
The user interface can be confusing at first but it does get easier as you learn how things work inside out! We are able solve many problems using this system which has helped us streamline our processes internally. I would say we solved some issues by implementing an internal ticketing process within CG's platform so they could help resolve any questions employees may encounter when performing their tasks more efficiently than before.
