From 11/20/2022 to 11/28/2022, the store contacted the manufacturer and offered to return the chair back, I offered to change only the lumbar pillow, after which the store contacted the manufacturer again and on 12/12/2022 the answer was received that this is not possible and I can still return chair completely. I didn’t return it, because for 21 days of operation I was not disappointed in the chair and realized that I had bought a quality product, and the lack of attachment straps to the back on the lumbar pillow is even a plus, because at any time I can remove or put as I feel comfortable without any extra effort.
