I love that you have multiple options for authentication methods (mobile apps, browser extensions etc.) as well as an easy way of adding new ones. The dashboard is also very intuitive once it's set up correctly. One thing we had was difficulty in integrating our own Active Directory into proofid so there are some limitations there if this isn't already setup properly when using proofid. We were able to use proof id to authenticate employees who needed access to sensitive information within our organization.
