Being able to see orders, customers and their tables at one time gives you great visibility of what's going on in your business. I love being able to access my customer information (name/address) from anywhere with this program as well. It also has a mobile version which allows me to check out customers while they're waiting for service or even doing something else! The initial set up can be overwhelming but it gets better once it's working correctly. We've been using touchbistro since mid 2016. With touchbistro we have more control over our inventory so we know exactly how much food and drinks are available to us throughout the day.
