We received this toothbrush and my daughter loved it. I bought these because her speech therapist recommended an electric toothbrush to give her jaw more stimulation. I liked the round head and that it came with a spare and a timer. Should have just gotten a cheap electric one because the toothbrush doesn't work at all. I have tried 3 different pairs of BRAND NEW batteries and the toothbrush does not work. Pretty? Yes Helpful? If it worked, yes. The timer is great. nope Went to Riteaid same day and bought a Peppa Pig electric toothbrush. Came with batteries and worked straight away. You just had to do it to get started.
