I've been looking for an alternative to Apple's expensive and ridiculously fragile charging cables for a long time. I've tried so many that don't work. Nevertheless I try. I can't believe they actually work. They quickly charge my mom's old iPad, my iPad Air 2, and my sister's incredibly expensive new iPhone. No "not charging" or "device not found" messages. You don't have to charge all day. It also doesn't randomly stop loading after 47%. Yes, the cable still bends at the top, but the braided cable around the wires seems to hold up much better than the Apple cable. And for the price, it just can't be beat. I can absolutely recommend these cords. Update: after 3 months of heavy use, *ding* not charging *ding* charging etc. The cable doesn't fray, but I definitely bent it enough to be a problem. However, this is a lot considering there are 4 cables included in the box. I have a dream that one day Apple will stop being money-hungry jerks and come out with a cable that specifically bends and goes to the side! Since I don't think this will happen in my lifetime, I'll just keep buying these cheap disposable devices instead of feeding Apple's fat cats.
