I have never bought shoes from this brand but they seem to be of good quality. The straps are thick and soft and the sole is good. My son was born with a club foot and one foot is smaller than the other - we have a hard time finding shoes that fit him without buying 2 pairs, one for each foot size, so I always look for sandals that have 3 straps in the right order. to be able to tighten each section yourself and then only have to buy 1 pair. And buying shoes online is always a gamble as we can't try them on to see if they fit on both feet. I'm a size 11.5 which is great as there are less extra shoes in front of the smaller foot. They worked for us, but I will say that the Achilles strap isn't really the same strap as the other two. It opens and closes the same way but has a limited draw. Rather than the strap being the back of the sandal, it's attached to a solid back support and the fabric is quite thick/stiff, as I said, so it doesn't matter if it's tightened. I couldn't tell from the product photos. The padding is stronger than other similar sandals in this price range in my opinion. I paid almost $25 for it. My son loves them (yellow is his favorite color so the interior color suits him) and he walks great in them. No tripping over shoes that are too big/small or flexible. I would probably give 5 stars if the back strap was independent. Overall, we really like this shoe.
