I can attest to the quality of the earrings, my 8 week cartilage (ear) piercing was NOT happy with the 20G surgical steel earring I originally pierced it with. I changed it to this earring and after 2 weeks everything magically got better, no problems. Looks cute too - a little bigger than I originally thought, but I've grown to love it.
